Might not understand the reference. I do look to hear on why you have a negative view on ChitownM meets. Unless I misinterpreted your post.

We get a decent size showing during warmer months. 20-30 cars. Lack's some of the newer models. (e80's,e90's,e60's) We're constantly looking to expand the enthusiast community. If you don't enjoy it.. I'll buy you a beer.

The ChitownM guys are pretty chill in my book...met what seemed like "the regulars" at that show in the garage in Palatine...weekdays are hit or miss (more often miss) with me but I'd def attend a gtg when it works out
