I've experienced problems with Berry Heathrow BMW too, which is a shame as I work just down the road. I took my car there once, they quoted on the work before hand and told me it wouldn't be any more expensive then around £900, two days later the car was ready and they asked me to pay almost £1400.

I refused to pay, and the women I spoke to was of the opinion that it was "only a little bit more then quoted" as the labour took slightly longer then they had expected.

In the end I spoke to the manager and ended up paying about £975. Will never use them again.

Have been using Sytner High Wycombe for many years, never had an issue and would recommend them.
