KW v1 started to make noise!

so i had my coilovers installed for about 8000 miles. my ffront left side started to make loud noises over the smallest bumps as if the whole shock is going to fall out. it sounds loose.

i i went over to long trans house to make sure all the bolts were on tight and everything was properly in place and it is. could it be that my shock is gone? what could it be, if its a worn out shock then i dont know why i paid that much money for a coilover set that i have to replace the shocks every 8000 miles...
