Welp, I was all ready to not buy any more engine mods, but I'm tempted to get this pipe and a DV+. Maybe I'll put them on the list for next year.

Nothing at all!!! I've been checking in weekly for the past months and they give me the same answer every time (End of the week). It's very disappointing. A part that I was told that would take 6-8 weeks turns out to be 4 months going on 5 and counting. I'll just sit back and wait. Pretty sure by the time they finally release it, I'll already traded to a M4 or 435i GranCoupe...

This is clearly an aftermarket design flaw, and I think a hard pipe is the wrong solution. The engine (and turbo) moves, the intercooler is fixed to the body. The stiff aftermarket coupler between the intercooler inlet and the turbo outlet doesn't allow enough movement between them. This causes the OEM plastic turbo outlet pipe to absorb that movement/load, and eventually crack. To properly remedy this, a solution needs to be designed that allows for more movement. Like a silicon hose, similar to the one that Wagner provides for the intercooler outlet in their Stg2 package.

Sorry I was not clear enough in my last post. It is smaller in diameter not length. I never installed it since it was smaller than the stock pipe. I was able to fix my boost leak with two clamps rotated 90 degrees apart.

It starts to leak again at 20 psi. I am waiting for VRSF to release their solution unless ER beats them to it.
