Quick finance question

I just got a call from my credit union who wants to refinance my auto loan at a lower rate than BMWFS. This is all funny because BMWFS beat the this same credit union's rate when I originally purchased this car . Anyway my stupid question is this. Is there anything special I'll be missing by moving the loan away from BMWFS? Are there any special perks that I'm not aware of that I'll loose? Yeah, I know this question is kinda dumb but I had to ask

I ask the questions you're afraid to ask.

what is the rate they offer to beat? Are they gonna charge you high application fees in exchange?

The only thing you'll miss out on is the higher interest rate BMWFS charge and the bragging right of being able to say you paid more than you needed to.
