I have been looking for 335i coupe for three weeks now...
I really want to purchase one.
Currently I am looking at two cars.

One is from a private dealership
07' 335i coupe with sports and premium and navigation.
logic 7 sound
38500miles on it
not certified
there has been only one owner.
price wanst listed.

The second one is from private seller.
07' 335i sports package, no navi
premium sound
38500 miles
not certified
there has been two owners
and it was involved in a minor fender bender a couple years ago. and no other major damage.
the posted price was 28000.

my budget is 29000

My first question is
What would be the best price for me to purchase number 1 and number 2?

If there was a minor fender bender accident, is it going to be a big problem when I resell this car?

I'd stay away from the 2nd car. Two owners within three years isn't very good. On top of the fender bender (which could be anything). And I don't know the laws by you, but here in NY, if the damage is under $1,000 it doesn't have to get reported, so if this "fender bender" is coming up, chances are it may have been more than $1,000, and I know I wouldn't want a RWD car that was ever hit in the rear. Oh, and Logic 7 was standard on 335i's in 07' & 08', so I wouldn't consider that an option.

$29k is a lot to spend on a used car IMO, so I'd wait until you find a better deal, or a CPO.

you can find a CPO for less than 29k easy. search the BMW site, be prepared to travel a bit and haggle away.
