I bought, literally, the exact same car yesterday. The list was $56,125 and the price I paid was $52,000 but because I had a trade the real numbers are a bit harder to sum up. They got pretty aggressive on my E46 M3 value, which was the only reason I walked out with a new car....
Sorry I can't be of any help on the lease question, but it looks pretty solid to me? |

2 or 4 door/selling cost/residual value/tax included or not with % tax rate would help...just saying
