I have had good service so far from Brian Thomas at Fairfax BMW. He always gives me a BMW loaner and is prompt and courteous.

If you are just going in for scheduled maintenance, then pretty much every dealer is going to be the same. The only reason some dealers are "supposedly" better than others is when you have a real problem and questionable warranty claims.

Brian THomas it is. I now how tough Juan can be and if he approves that means there is substance.

Yes, you get a BMW loaner, and if they don't have one you get free Enterprise rental, and you can switch to a BMW the next day. If you schedule and go in the morning, you will get a BMW loaner without problems.

I would like to get a z4 loaner. that would be cool cuz i havent sat in a convertible since sitting in a Fiat in high school. lol

that would usually depend on your relationship with your SA. the holidays are coming up and you need to add someone to your Xmas card list. it really does go a long way and its worked for me throughout the years

just set up my first year maintenance service with Fairfax for this week but the OP said I don't qualify for a loaner cuz it will only take an hour. OH well no big deal. how did you all get your loaners?
