Any performance plans for the e91? Wheels? Coilovers?
Thanks! No big plans for the e91 right now given that its mainly my wife's car but you never know... I might be able to persuade her down the road to add some more goodies.

Thanks everyone for the awesome comments! I love everyone's enthusiasm for both cars old and new. Once a BMW fan, it's hard to not love all generations.

Great pick up on the touring, looks super sporty and definitely sounds better than wagon hahaha.
Hey Jonny! Yea, i remember talking with you that day about your gorgeous E92. Thanks buddy, i hope you find a nice E30 someday...they are special cars with tons of history. You really feel connected to the car unlike many new cars with all the gizmos, weight, etc.. I'll try to bring the E30 to the next meet.

Also, congrats on opening the new shop. I'll try to swing by one day to check it out.

How much did you put into the E30 upto that point?
Thank you! Honestly, not as much as you would think. I was lucky enough to find her in good shape with the previous owner. Initially, i did a full tune up, Z3 short shift upgrade and lowered on H&R springs. The next year, i ditched the H&R sports and went with Vogtlands for a better drop with the wheels, IS front lip, euro grill and other small additions.

The best thing about the older generations is that the parts are CHEAP compared to E9X's/F30s. I probably spent less $ overall than the cost of one 335i or M3 performance exhaust! LOL!

Here's what she looked like prior to the make over.

Thanks and agree, when i see a beat up E46 or E9x, i cringe! Some folks just take these cars for granted as if its a corolla or civic. Come on, its the ultimate driving machine!

That E30 is simply stunning! Incredibly clean man! I just picked up an E30 myself this past week, can't wait to get some work done to it.

Thank you Jamie! Congrats on the new E30! You'll love how easy and straightforward it is to work on these earlier cars. You wont have to worry about electronics going haywire very much and they just keep going. Very reliable motors too.

Get on www.r3vlimited.com, it'll be your best resource. If you ever make it out to the PNW in June, we host the largest E30 gathering on the planet called the E30 picnic. June 30 this year where over 200+ E30s show up. Fun!

Good luck!

Thanks for the rockin comment! Whats up with you guys in Norway having unbelievable cars? Seems like every car from there has impecable paint, stance, wheels, etc? Do you have car modification as a mandatory class in school? hahaha!
