If you upgraded from a JB Stage 1 to a Stage II, need your opinion

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger, paying to have my DME updated, and then update to JB Stage II. I'd like personal opinions about how the Stage II upgrade changed the driveability/power.

I do not have any supporting mods, so the car would likely just stay JB Stage II tuned in Map 1.

Huge change in throttle control. Jb4 is much smoother than jb3. You won't regret it.

Do you mean that there's less "surge" when going full throttle? I've read in some posts that Stage 2 also pulls harder to redline because boost is sustained much better than in Stage 1.

Definitely not my preferred choice, but you gotta pay to play. But how I spend my money isn't really the topic of this post. Let's stay on topic please. Thanks.

Do it. I noticed a difference. Would recommend getting Stage 2 AND catless down pipes.

while i waited for the stage 2 to ship i left the stage 1 installed

pretty big difference between the two and definitely well worthit imo

Thank you for your recommendations everyone.

But what I'm interested in is HOW is it different.

Is the transition into boost smoother? Does it pull harder past 5500-redline versus S1? Is the midrange pull stronger? etc etc. I know I'm asking for subjective opinions here, but please provide more specific opinions on "drivability and power delivery".

Thanks all.
