cant wait to see the results....

Does Tial/EPL plan to make this a readily available upgrade, or will it be a special order deal?

I'm keeping the faith that TiAL did something right. There's only one way to find out, and we'll know soon!

Those details haven't been worked out yet, first and foremost we need to see how these perform!

I meant no go in the sense that the JB3 won't be compatible. =P

If this upgrade does prove successful, and someone in the future with a JB3 gets it.. they'll most likely just have to send terry some logs and have him make new maps for them.

This looks like a very nice upgrade. Hopefully there will be a local customer to test out a set on

Hello - I am over in the e89 forum and my wife has nice 35i. PLEASE GIVE the details on how to buy this kit (distributor and price + cost of install details). This would be a great compliment to the ESS Stage 2 tune, Stett dual diverter charge pipe, and Eisenmann 2x90 Race Exhaust on her car now. A Stett FMIC is being installed in two weeks and I would love to add the slightly larger turbos for the heck of it.

Those details haven't been worked out yet unfortunately (first we need to see how they perform), I'll be sure to let people know once that info is available though.

People have been doing this for awhile now... A simple change in the wheel inside the turbo yields huge results. An example would be the k24 for the Porsche. Good work JP! Can't wait to see the results

look how much the stock turbo is sturdier built than tial. on that picture where caliper is measuring the inside diameter, the WALL of the stock turbo is twice as thick as tial.

they still are the stock turbos. i am assuming the wall was machined to allow for more air flow.

That was done to support the larger compressor
