Coding iPod interface
Hi,
My E91 has an original iPod interface retrofitted. Fiberoptics and everything is connected. I see the CDC option in the Audio menu, but it's just two dashes (CDC text underneath it) - not the CDC icon. As a result of that, I can't select CDC, and thus my iPod connection won't work. Any ideas about what to do? I have NCSexpert, NCSdummy and the correct K+DCAN cable available. // Troels |

CDC is aktiv. $672 wasn't in the VO - added it to CAS and FRM. 694 wasn't present, so I figured that was fine.
Still no CDC icon - just two dashes. |

I have this on my e91 and it fails a lot... Many times iPod is connected and isn't recognized by the radio. I retrofitted usb and have booth. Try it with an iPhone. It should work, just won't charge it because charge pin between iPod and iPhone is different.

I have +IPOD. Then do a reset to RAD2. And try with an iPod. Do a reset to iPod too before connecting to adapter. On my case as I said before it fails a lot, but fails even more with iPhone then with iPod.
