Got The P29F3 Code

I need to bring the car in for the claim via CPO. But I had a DCI put in today. Airbox out, and just the cones in. Do you think the dealer will give me any crap over the claim? I cant imagine they will try to connect the two.

Who knows. It's 100% up to their discretion.

You have a bad LPFP sensor, it's on the line to the HPFP. Very easy to swap, obnoxious to get to. Labor will get you a little bit but it's not a big deal to replace all in all.

Well this would be free. I still have over a year left on my CPO. I need an oil change anyway so two birds I guess. I just dont want to take out. I got the code right after they were put in. I guess I can just take out the cobb flash and it should be fine. Pisses me off. I did the plugs and got the valves cleaned. then boom. code.

Hey, I just got the P29f3 code last night. Is there a write-up on how to change this sensor? Is it doable? I'm not lucky enough to be under any warranty

I did this last month. Real easy. The only part is getting the junction box off. That was a pain. http://forums.5series.net/diy-do-you...or-n54-124086/
