Either is much better than Alpine White, I'd probably do the Sparkling so I could do the Red Leather with the Dark Grey Poplar... I'd pass on the Aluminum trim..

So yeah, I'd prolly go Sparkling

Monaco Blue on the Coupe is stunning. I may be slightly biased to this color.

SG FTW . Frequent car washing is ahead of you, though...

The blue only looks nice when clean, when dirty it is very hard to define the color of the car at all. The SG is somewhat easier to maintain but I had an issue with it looking purple in certain lights. (Love the Space Grey).

I ended up with Black Sapphire (and have already decided that this is my last black car, my 5th black...as I am fed up with how hard it is to keep nice)

My next choice will be SG, Space grey or TiAG. Monaco blue is nice, but to much of an "old persons" car to me.

As long as you dont get green then you cant go wrong.. But then again I hear in order to sell the green cars they come with more HP from the factory.

I got TiAg for ease of keeping it clean looking and that's worked out well for me. If I had a dedicated detailer keeping my cars sharp for me it would be the Monaco Blue.

I know you've decided on black interior but I saw a Monaco in a BMW brochure with the grey interior and the combination is VERY sharp. Grey interior is kind of bland but in a coupe with the right wood trim I think it could be a great combination.

Between your 2 choices, I would choose spark graphite.

Graphite with CORAL RED....OR Monaco with Black if you really want to.... Monaco with saddle brown is the best...no doubt it will be sick however youget it,

I think between those two colors, the SG would look better on a coupe, and the Monaco blue would look better on the Sedan...so go with the SG.

As others have said, you should look at some cars in person. Good luck.

But I do have a preference for Sparkling Graphite...

I went to the dealer earlier. I didn't really like how Monaco looks in person weird enough. I saw a space grey with coral that looked HOT and the Sparkling is just gorgeous. Most likely it's gonna be SG, thanks for everyones replies.

excellent choice--graphite w/ black and aluminum. I admit my bias.

I don't get the eggplant purple haze too much. When clean and shiny SG looks like liquid metal. check out sflgators photos

Space is ok, but kinda boring; no color, just grey flecks.

don't get alum trim....it dents WAY TOO EASY...looks great, but you won't be happy in a few months...I am very careful and my seatbelt bucket has beaten the hell out of my trim....even the back seat trim has dings from buckle....

Monaco blue can look very dark. It's probably a better color on a 5 series.

Sparking graphite is more common, and you can get it on a sedan too. Space gray however is rare, and it's easier to keep clean. That would be my vote.

Interior - give gray poplar wood and saddle brown a try. Again this trim is available only on the coupe. Aluminum is way too common.

I like Monaco, the color is really amazing in direct sunlight, sad to say, but it is one of the most underrated colors, ..
