Yup, I bought an Injen intake for my 335i 6 months ago and the service was great.

Their prices are one of the best but I have a negative post payment customer service experience.

They promised to ship my tires and skirts last Monday but did not leave the warehouse til last Wednesday. I needed the tires to come in by Friday the latest because I'm just on loaner wheels/tires (had to really ask a favor to keep it longer until the tires arrive). I have my order shipped to Point Roberts, WA which is no longer than 3 days from CA. Besides that, they have not responded to my messages post payment unless I call (long distance from Canada).

Anyways I just hope they actually shipped it because there hasn't been movement from ups tracking since it left their warehouse 2 days ago.

Not a big deal, it's more of my circumstance that made this a less positive transaction

i ordered my Ac Schnitzer Quad Export exhaund and the Ac Schnitzer rear diffuser lip from them and everything shipped fast and undamaged, also had the best price

I ordered wheels and suspension from them and they were very knowledgeable about both. When they installed my KW's they got me a Starbucks while I waited.
