ADVAN RS OR VMR VB3 Matte black???? LCI E90;

As the title says, i cant decide between those two rims!

Gunmetal RS Advans or Matte Black VB3s:
Seen some great looking e90's but need some help!!

Please post pictures or anything you have!

What color e90? The Advans are unique and I'm a big fan of their styling but from a practicality standpoint I think you'd be better off with the VB3s. If you were ever to crack/bend a wheel it would be fairly easy and cheap to get a replacement. Not so with the Advans. Just something to consider.

my advans in matte black.
the wheels were still gunmetal in the last picture. they just got powdercoated matte black recently.

It looks amazing as it is, i guess if you want something diff then go for the VB3s, either way i think it will look sick

These two aren't even comparable...I love VMR's but if you can afford Advan then it should be Advan every day of the week, not even a decision

how much do a set of advan rs run? with tires? and without tires?

about $2200-2500 without tires... some vendors might be able to offer it cheaper. that price is for 19" m3 fitment though.

Where did you find that price? I paid $3100 for a set of hyper silver 19"s...

he might have picked them up before there prices went up about 25% but 3100 is a little steep for just wheels, i p/u my 18 hypersilver for a quite a bit less than 3100, but either way advans FTMFW!!!!

just checked my bills again.. i bought it in 2008.

they were 19x9 and 19x10 in et 20 and 22 for m3 fitment.

price was $2600 including shipping to canada - which was quite costly. i think shipping was at least $150 to canada...

cant believe its at 3k now !!! damn!

With the factor of price NOT playing a role in this decision, I would say Advan because it's a very classy look that has a race pedigree. Though to be honest, the VMR wheels do look extremely good on these cars. It's a tough decision
