eric, r u gonna go? what time? i think i'm having problem with either hpfp or coil. my car throw misfire and code when i smash the pedal all the way to redline time to time. not all the time but it does that occasionally. i would still like to run on friday though.
1) i still haven't figured out on helmet 2) i'd like to put some race gas before i run but i don't know where around kent 3) i don't know how many are going or when...

I think they go til at least 11, but I'm not 100% on that. It's later than 9 though.
This is the helmet I picked up today: http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1...07CENT-BLU-2XL Reviews were saying it's decent for an entry level type helmet. Seems to fit pretty comfortably, and it's Snell 2010 certified.

wow, that is cheap!! My motorcycle helmet cost me almost $400 when I purchased it back in 2005.
So as long as it's SNELL certified, even though it's design for bike, you can use it on car racing as well?

As far as I know. The only thing in their rules says under 13.99 requires a helmet minimum Snell 2000.

man, i couldn't find the helmet in time... guess i'll just have to borrow? so should i get down to your place by 4?

Today was a blast right up til the end when one car spilled oil all over the track and another caught fire. Still got 5 runs in!
But I'm glad everyone got to make it out! We gotta do this more before they close up for the year!

He also told me why I was having those shift "lag" issues, which weren't actually lag but had to do with the progressive meth delay after upshifting. I must shift too slowly for the boost to hold between shifts. Anyway, Shiv is releasing new maps "later next week" that are more aggressive above 5k RPM, so I might wait for those before going back, perhaps Friday again?
