Bmw Performance intake&exhaust

Hello,

a'm at the point of buying the OEM performance intake and exhaust for my 2006 E90 325i. What i like to now if there are numbers of the increase of horsepower from these 2 items?

I always liked OZ wheels, not a lot of people run them on E9x's. see them in the E46 community though.
