Balancing Breyton Wheels ?

Did Somebody can tell me where is the correct form to balance mi breyton wheels, The wheel is breyton spirit 18x8.5 with Toyo T1R 235/40 R18, I put the weight (i don't know the correct form to write in english to the little piezes of metal) in the outter side of the wheel... Could somebody help ME....

Weight is the correct word for the little lead pieces. But I can't answer your question.
