I am hearing this weird nose from my 2011 335i Msport when acceleration, it’s almost like a whistle when I let up on the gas, at times it’s like a air venting from somewhere , anybody less got the same nose? It’s louder on the right side of the engine.

i have a 330 and mine whistles when i let off too, its more like an alternator whine from the speakers though. sometimes it sounds like a high pitched gear noise from the gearbox. hard to figure out where it comes from and it does not do it all the time.

I've had mine a few weeks a hear it too. Agree with it likely being electrical noise through speakers. Definitely when I let off the gas which seems weird. I guess it could be turbo whine as the engine noise quiets down when I let off the gas but that seems less likely. Turbo should be louder under more power not less.

Obviously, the car needs a nose job...maybe internal damage from too much blow?

Checked with dealer , they state its normal , its the turbo exahust. It doesnt do it at low speeds

Yea, it's awesome lol. When you let off the gas its almost like a blow off valve effect and it whistles also. When your at low rpms and you floor it you should be able to hear the turbo spool up, it sounds so sick. I have the performance exhaust on mine so the sound is emphasized even more and I love it.
