I have a 2011 335Is and I need some help with a few questions.

So far, I have afe stage 2 cold air intake....

Next I am looking into ER charge pipe w BOV, synapse, hks or tial Q

Dinan stage 2, JB4, or Procede (Professional)

I also had questions about Methanol Injection, how does that work? I don't want to really screw up my warranty....I know with dinan, BOV and intake I should be ok, but the other tuning companies don't back up any warranty....what about methanol?

You only need methanol if running a much more aggressive tune than Dinan.

Warranty isn't that big of a deal if you remove your tune before service visits. Dinan on a 335is isn't worth it in my opinion. Not enough of a change to justify the money

You may be right about that...up from 320 to 378 isnt a huge increase for 1700, but the torque from 332-415 is good...

What do you recommend? I want more power.....

If your worried about Warranty and need to remove the tune the obvious pick would be Procede or JB4. As they are Piggybacks and not flashes.
