Need new cowl

Hey Guys,
When installing the JB2 my friend broke all the clips for the cowl. Just wondering if anyone knows the part number or a place I can purchase one from

I broke one of the 3 clips myself when installing my JB2. They are extremely brittle and with very little force they snap off I am guessing its pretty expensive though and have no plan of replacing it.

Actually those clips are part of the cowl. Were you ever able to get them separately (without having to purchase a whole new cowl)?

yup, ordered 3 from evan months bak. a guy that worked on my car and a few of my friends cars snapped all or some of our clips so we all decided to buy new cowls. yea, that was the last time he worked on our cars

I got mine for about 95 bucks straight from the dealership. I'm sure you can find it else where for a bit cheaper, but I didn't care.

I've been honest with the dealership, and they return the favor, so I'm not scurrred one bit taking my car into the dealership for my stupid mistakes........LOL.

yea i'm koo w/ my dealership too, but wait until somethin serious goes wrong, ur dealership will turn their backs and be bak to their normal stealership ways.

Well, I think that depends on if that 'something serious' is your fault or not......Of course they're not gonna let it fly if you try to pass as if it weren't your fault (when it really is) and try to blame the dealership and make THEM responsible. I don't think ANYBODY would let that fly for that matter........lol.

I think honesty and a good attitude will get you a LONGGGGG way. But of course, you're not gonna have YOUR way ALL the time.
