Help!
So my car overheated a couple days ago. And decided to replace the thermostat. So now when i was gonna purchase the new thermostat they are trying to hustle me and telling me it's never the thermostat and always the water pump. Now idk what to do! U guys know any places where to purchase these parts for cheaper than the dealer prices? And what should I do!

Open your hood and check if any coolant leaked out, easiest way to see if it's the water pump or not.

There were no signs of any leaks at all on my car either. Just last Friday I paid the indy 8 bills to change out the pump and thermostat. Only 200 of that was labor.
