I've been looking for a nice 328i or 335i Coupe with the M Sport Package and I found one that's local to me that just happens to be CPO as well. Only thing is that it's got almost 40K miles. Good thing is that it's a 335i and is pretty much loaded.

What are some things to look out for? Also, this will be my first used car buying experience. How do I get the best price while dealing with the dealership?

Any pointers are appreciated.

That was the exact car, although the 34K price on the Web site is wrong...
