Seriously though....with an LSD, that much power and the lockdown kit, the car will want to power oversteer. Happened to me after I install those parts, scared the crap out of me. traction control saves lives.

So that is where I am at right now.

And the pick of my car was taken on Monday.
That Grand National has been sitting in Ivo's garage forever......

You simply MUST give me a ride once you are tuned

I love my LSD, and I do like to be safe most of the time so traction control will be on 75% of the time.

Thanks for the advice!

He was feeling better today, he has to stop, and eat proper food more often.

Yeah I hear you man, that guy has a lot to say about our cars but yet his car sits there longer then Dzenno's car does.

It should be done before the meet at the end of the month, so if your there you got the ride!

Awesome! I can't wait to see results as new turbos will probably be purchased after my wedding.

+1. Very true. To add to that, I would not put the m3 rear bar back in again. Takes away precious grip from the rear.

Tony just tuned for 91/e85, not for meth. I might upgrade my meth system later this year.

Thank you JP for keeping us informed. I have the same Vishnu set up and have always wanted to stack it with Cobb. I understand Mike's car is down to the needed clutch upgrade. However, three more beta testers remain. I can only hope they are reporting their results directly to Tony. Otherwise, I think they forgot what the purpose of beta testing is. Surely, I can't be the only person who preordered and feels this way. K, rant over.
I hear ya, but soon she will be ready.

So, according to my schedule...

I will be heading to the bay this Monday and picking up Blu. I will drive her around the bay area for a couple days and break in the new clutch. Probably Wednesday or Thursday I will put her back on the dyno and I will get everyone their highly anticipated numbers. Sound good everyone? lol.

Sorry, I meant like when it was built by BMW, did you go with a smfw from spec?

Have there been some more talk about what the max level of boost will be on these turbos ? With stock exhaust manifold to turbo and exhaust turbine housing being the limiting factor. And just another bright idea , maybe... could we go slightly higher with boost if exhaust manifold was upgraded slightly or is it a must with also larger exhaust turbine housing too?

And while on the subject of boost capacity , when I am replacing my cylinder head with the ported head , should I use the .30 thicker headgasket or use the standard one?

Im doing a huge shopping list on ECS , guys have great prices there... half off on most compared to my country... even with 25% VAT and shipping it get way cheaper ...

I ordered same peace of mind kit that JP is doing , the valve upgrade from rob , lp sensor and solenoids. And I replace the waterpump , oilfilter housing gasket , new belt and tensioner , both engine mounts , turbo install kit , new head gasket , new head bolts.

If there is some more items that should be considered , feel free to buzz in

It's a good thing I didn't take off my winter gear yet, ended up going skiing this weekend...

Dmacc is asking what the build date of your car is. 3/2007? 5/2008? etc
