Has anyone ever tried Nu Finish car polish?

Just curious to see if anyone has used Nu Finish, because I tried to use it today and didnt come out sucessful.

Yeah that one, but I heard it is a really good coat for the paint.

There are so many newer and better waxes. NuFinish might have been goo in the 70's but is nothing special now. If you want a strong cleaner wax (which is what new finish is) try Meguiars ColorX. It has a better shine. Mothers Carnauba cleaner wax looks great but will last about a month. I would try one of the synthetic sealers such as Meguiars NXT, Mothers Reflections or FX, or Duragloss 111 or 105. You will get a better look and better protection than NuFinish.

Mothers FX gets my vote for OTC. When using the spray wax every couple of weeks, you should get about 2 months of durability. Not bad for OTC. I wouldn't bother with Nufinish.

How old is he? I've seen people use windex and a paper towel to QD their show cars, I still would not recommend it, but, different strokes for different folks. What other products has he tried and compared to?
