Nope. I didn't check my Pay Pal.
Again just like I said you offered to credit the Shipping- Which I declined.
Zoeb, the issue here is not money. It is about the Customer service and how you told me one thing and kept on delivering some thing else.
You have to realize that you are in the Service industry and Customer service is the No 1 thing. - You can't shut the people up by giving money back.
Btw, thanks for the refund. I will donate that money to Homeless people.
I am not asking for any favours. - Deliver the product with out any false promises.

Good for you.
If you are willing to do that can you open the GB thread and post some of the negative comments you got there also? Are you up for it?
There is one of your customer who said that he will ship the LED's to you so that you can take the Day time pic and if the Quality is not good he asked you whether you will refund the money ? Are you willing to take him up on that?
I am not complaining about the Quality. It is a buyers be aware situvation. But I wanted point out that you are only showing one side.

After reading all of that, i think Zoeb did everything he could and was EXTREMELY nice and helpful in the whole "not so smooth" transaction. I have personally never bought anything from him, but i have heard only GOOD things about him and his business.

+1. why is a tracking number so important? I realize that most would enjoy one, but it is not necessary. I myself like to receive tracking numbers as a form of confirmation of our completed transaction, but a vendor's word is just as good for me. The tracking number only creates more anxiety for me as I wait for my precious product to arrive.

I have had nothing but good customer service from Zoeb. He's always there to answer my questions and responds to my gazillion IMs very promptly!
I too have had nothing but exquisite service from Zoeb. He has been nothing but courteous and helpful to me, along with hundreds of other customers on this forum.

2) You offered me the credit which 4.66 - I can live with out it.
3) You never told any one that if you din't get a responce that you should call the shop. The last time I checked I am not a mind reader to read what is in your mind.
4) I really don't care whether you have computer acess or not. You are running a business and you told me that you will give me a tracking no to track my product and still I don't have a tracking no.
All I have from you is lies after lies you have told me.
Zoeb, as far as I am concerned, as told no lies. He did not retract his sale of the PIAA angel eyes because there was no more interest in them. Zoeb told me himself, while we were out to lunch one day as friends, that his supplier has raised their prices to him and he did not wish to charge customers the extra fee while he promised them the other. I have known Zoeb for a while now and his best interest is always in the consumer. Helping somebody express their passion of cars is more of an interest to Zoeb than making a sale. What has happened to you may just be a series of coincidences that (IMO) you are taking too harshly. Zoeb has graciously tried to make peace with you while you are unmoved. Zoeb offered an apology, a shipping refund (though you may think that it's only 4.66, it is truly an act of Zoeb's generosity as a vendor. I dont know of many other vendors, if any, that would offer this), and he also asked if there was anything else that he could do for you to try to keep you as a customer.
You simply kept contesting his apology.

We understand that you don't want to take the money because it's "about the principle". But the act of refunding your shipping costs only shows that Zoeb cares about his customers. What more could Zoeb have done for you? He even asked you that question himself!

I've got much for Zoeb, as a friend and as a vendor.
To the OP, try opening your mind a bit (sorry if that sounds offensive. I dont mean it to be). The consensus of this thread is that you read too much into your transaction with him. You have even demonstrated through direct quotes that Zoeb was clearly the obvious victim in the situation, not you.

Thanks

I dont have negative comments about my customer service in there.

People wanted the product and I delivered.

PIAA raised the price and I stopped selling

Why would I keep a CLASSIFIED thread open when I don't even have the product available for sale anymore? That does not make any sense.

I have no reason to do anymore R&D on the product as I am not selling them anymore

As a matter of fact, I just met one of my customers this weekend @ bimmerfest who I had not previously met and he told me that he loves his PIAA's despite what other peoples opinions of them are.

I've never ordered anything from Zoeb, but after reading this thread, I definitely WANT to. After reading your long post, it seems like you're just making all of this a big deal. I've heard nothing but good things about Zoeb. Just calm down and look at this in a different light.

the world isn't over, damn

You do realize there is still a thread about that right?

The posts were not in my classified thread, but more in that other product review thread.

You do realize that I am NOT SELLING THIS PRODUCT anymore right?

Why would I post what people though of the lights?

You do realize that I am not PIAA of Japan right? lol

It is not only because I personally know Zoeb that I have received such great service. I have seen Zoeb working at his desk, answering all his customers, whether by phone or by walk-in, with absolute honesty and kindness. Zoeb is not out to make a quick buck. He is the kind of vendor that will succed in the car business because of his sincere business practices and generosity and kindness. I am absolutely, 100%, certain that, even if I did not know Zoeb personally, that I would receive the EXACT same service as I do now.

By posting up this thread, you have tried to "alert" customers to a "bad vendor", but all that you have actually done is shown the community how foolish you are in thinking that Zoeb was lying to his customers and that his service is bad.
