Replacing shocks after 140,000. What car hardware do I need.

What parts do I need. I am not talking tools I can buy them anytime of the day. I mean what actual hardware do I need.

I have 3 options,
Koni Yellows and HR sport springs.

KW V1 coilovers.

H&R Coilovers.

Getting a Strut tower brace for any of them..

I have never changed shocks on a car but I just did the Intake Valves on my 335Xi so if you want some idea how incline I am to doing a job..

If I go coilovers. What do I need to do the job (any bushes, bumpstops ect).

If I go with shocks and springs what do I need to do the job.

I like my yellows very, very much....matched springs. Pothole harshness disappeared.

At 150k miles you're probably gonna want to replace the bump stops and the upper and lower rear shock mounts. None of this is necessarily a must but you'll be glad you did it.
