CPO. Issue

Took the car to the dealer it had a service engine light. Dealer states that fuse was blown that triggered the service light. The fuse was for a "secondary air pump" does anyone know if this is true? Are they pulling one on on me to get paid? I looked and couldn't locate any fuses for a secondary air pump.
