First new car/BMW

I got my 2011 335xi as a 25th birthday/graduation/new job present to myself back in end of Sept. It's the best car I've driven, only to be topped by my previous love, 2004 NFR S2000. Only mod I really wanted was an exhaust, (maybe tune later) and after some research I knew the PE was exactly what I wanted.

A short review about the PE: EXCELLENT! There really is no better alternative if you want the best tone out of your 335 without being too loud. It sounds so mean taking off and unlike the stock exhaust that dies out at 3k, it will keep your ears happy as the revs rise. It definitely put a dent in my wallet, but I think it was worth every one of those 150,000 pennies I spent on it. Anyway, here's a short clip of it, just normal driving in DS.

Is there any annoying drone when you're on the freeway? I have been thinking about getting PE but I'm worried that it will be too loud from inside the car.

haha thanks, i mounted it right above the exhaust but slightly towards the edge. i must've gotten lucky, i was surprised how good the sound was from the camera.

yea i used to watch your videos before i bought mine. i'm sure you'd agree with me, ANY kind of video just can't do this exhaust justice!

thanks, pharmacy major. i wanted a video of the car starting cold so i didn't want to floor it on this clip. i'll make more WOT clips in the future and i'll def. do the launch start

the car does become louder, but not 3" exhaust on civic loud. since the stock exhaust is so quiet, you might feel like the car becomes a little "boomy" but you get used to it and later realize it's not really loud at all because you fall in love with the sound. on the freeway 70-80 can cause some drone on uphills. but usually on a flat land it's about the same as stock. i recently went on a 2000 mile road trip and never did the exhaust bothered me on the highway.
