Calgary has started inforcing it's 96db noise limit

Calgary has started inforcing it's 96db noise limit. It will be a $200 fine for registering over. They will be mailing out tickets ala a photoradar type device. No takers on the first day I guess everyone put there stock exhausts back on LOL.

I don't think car owners have too much to worry about, those damn Harley Davidsons make alot more noise. Hopefully it will get those loud and abnoxious Harley's off the streets.

Haha thats true, those Harleys and Subarus are so much louder.
Im actually curious to know how many db my car puts out..

A good way to sort of determine the db level is by comparison:
