There's no way. In fact, I'm sure that the dealer would keep all of the records of people who purchased the TT just in case something did happen.

This is totaly different than Dinan. A lot of people think that Dinan is covered by BMW's warranty when in fact it is opposite. Dinan just happens to offer the same warranty that BMW offers and split second does not offer a warranty like this.
I'm sure that if one would purchase the TT from the dealer that there would be something in writing stating that if anything happens to your car then BMW is not responsible.
ya i dont know anything about if this will void warranty or anything.. i asked and i was told it wouldnt be voided..not sure about that but at least the install/uninstall is quick and easy.

i believe it is bmw of san diego that has it... same thing happened though when i called my dealership.. when i asked the dude was like "what?" haha
