sounds like the "bay area members" got an issues right now..
do you have any encounteers before with felix?seems that you had very big issues before...you and afflictionE92 are the one that very excited. i bet felix know you guys as well... |

ok, here something to think about. I like to visit this section just to keep an eye out on warnings and good/bad vendors/members. But when someone think they have some proof that so and so is the culprit, should it be better to find a way to spread the news without letting the culprit knows you are on him/her? I mean with this out in the open, the culprit can plan his/her next move and the people who got cheated still wont get their justice.
On the other hand, it is important to share to the community warnings before more ppl get sucker into more scam. What I am saying is now felix is probably on a plane high tailing back to indo (if felix is indeed the culprit) because he saw this thread and know ppl are on to him. Any suggestions on how to handle this better (any one in the investigation field has a better way to deal with this so we can nail these folks and lock them up). I mean I know ppl are upset and come on here and talk about how they gonna give a beating had they known this at bimmerfest but it would have been sweet justice had this been done more discretely along with the right authories. just my 2cents

Jamb: u did bought the kits from me and you have installed the kits and now you are asking your money. i have your car pics as well. Uhaullball: you never bought anythings from me.Your friend did.He emailed me long time ago saying that the kits wont fit,but Ive told him DYI then he finally can installed it.and why are you asking me to refund the money?? this is just few peoples who dont like me. I dont take peoples money?why?cause all kits are been shipped and some of the guys even charged me back via their paypal. some of you listed me as a thief and scam. so weird!!! the only problems is jsut the shipping methods.and Iam very sorry about that.and some of you guys believe and some are not. thats ok.
