Can't access bmw online services

As title I keep getting an error message "Searching for network signal. Please try later."

It was working fine until a couple of days ago...

Anyone got any ideas?

Car is due service inspection now and an mot soon, last few days of bmw warranty too.

Checked with the hotline number my account is ok, must either be network or a fault in the car. Best get it booked in before my warranty runs out.

I had this on mine - it was sorted under warranty, thankfully. Dealer told me they had replaced the telematics unit.

I've never had mine working and I know the account is set up at 'the other end' so it has to be a car issue although since it's been in a lot recently, they just keep resetting the password. I fear another trip to the dealers is in order because all I keep getting is, 'SIM card not installed' :-(

Seems to have cleared itself up, is working now hopefully it was just a network issue...annoying really, were it a hard fault I would get the car in and fixed under the last few days of the remaining warranty.

Maybe I will take out that extended warranty now....
