I've placed maybe 7-8 orders and they have been perfect. The one time I had a slight issue, member of their team got in touch and sorted everything out.

Why the policy change of no international shipping? Does this apply to all online BMW parts dealers in the US?

It's against the dealer-agreement with BMW to ship outside the US. All orders must ship to a US address.
