Well I thought I would never do this but since I found some Morel 10s to replace these, I just can't stand the thought of having them in my closet collecting dust...

These are the Morel CW-8, built by Morel (Israel) in their facility in England. They are some of the best midbass drivers ever built, especially considering the very shallow mounting depth. The specs of these match up very nicely with the BMW underseat enclosures. The midbass is tight and clean, and they even play down to around 40Hz, if you want. But don't expect these to rattle your buttcheeks too much, as they are really built for midbass.

I really loved the way these speakers sounded in my car. I had them powered by a JL Audio HD600/4 with 150W clean watts per side (no sub, for most of the time). They never broke a sweat and definitely give you a nice kick in the chest!

Included are the following:

- (2) woofers
- (2) mounting rings (cannot use in our cars because they raise them up too high)
- (2) grilles (ditto)
- (2) 5/8" thick (I think) custom adapter rings for the underseat enclosures. These are NOT pretty, but they work.
- (1) Original box
- (1) bag of mounting screws

In order to fit our underseat enclosures, I had to dremel off a little from the mounting rings, see pics. This is necessary to fit these woofers without cutting into the enclosures.
