WTB: Wheels+Tires or Tires

Basically I need to be prepared for the winter...if anyone can offer me any of the options below please reply or pm me

I have a 2008 e90 335i w/ sports package 162s
stock sizes F: 225/40/R18 R: 255/35/R18

1) 17" wheels (preferably oem) with winter tires
2) 17" wheels (preferably oem) with all-season tires
3) a set of winter or all-season tires that will fit my 162 rims

Please help!!
