Breitling Chrono Avenger - price adjustment!
I know some of you are into your watches, so I’d thought I’d try this here, as well as TZ-UK where I also frequent…
Up for grabs is my Breitling Chrono Avenger in Titanium. Bought from the TZ-UK Sales Corner in October last year from another well known TZ-UK member. A few pics in to start... *Please note that the spare parts shown in the plastic pouches in this picture are NOT currently included in the sale. As you've looked through that lot, well done! This is the black dialled version. The outer box is a bit split on one corner, but generally good. The inner Bakelite box is fine apart from a little wear to the “B” and the “G”. The inner leather box is in good condition. The watch head is in great condition with only (very) small signs of wear (which will become apparent why in a moment). It comes with a virtually mint bracelet, fairly well worn Breitling rubber strap, Breitling leather strap (non Breitling buckle) and a thick dark brown TSS leather strap (never worn). The watch was completely refinished (along with the bracelet) and also serviced at Breitling UK last year by the previous owner, with a new bezel, crown, chrono pushers and bracelet clasp fitted. I’ll include the Breitling cleaning cloth and the service box. I removed the bracelet virtually upon arrival and installed the rubber strap, hence no wear to the bracelet. I took a link out to fit my 7.5” but put I still have it so should be good for up to approx 7.75", I guess. It's running at around +3s/per day in my normal wear cycle, but I'm really not that anal about the timekeeping of my watches... Chrono functions work fine. The chronometer certificate is present, as is an original price tag! Right, the slightly down side.... there is no original warranty card (so far out of warranty, so what..) and the instruction booklet appears to be for a Super Avenger (functions are the same). Considering the extra straps and the overall condition I'm asking £1450 including RMSD to the UK Reduced to £1350 for just the watch on the bracelet.... If you're somewhere between south Manchester / Shrewsbury / Redditch / Coventry / Derby, I might be able to do a face to face. Payment via bank transfer and UK sale only please. If you can demonstrate that I have misrepresented the watch, I will give you a refund plus your postage back. Thanks for looking and another pic to finish!! Cheers, Peter.

Lovely watch Pete, I actually quite like the bracelet & I think that's how I would wear it. If I hadn't just spent half that amount on a set of winter tyres today and the rest on a new Onkyo amp last week, I might have been popping over to have a look at it.
Divorce may be pending if I do!! |

Very nice Pete
Like Paul if i hadn't just bought a bathroom, due a service, vehicle check, road tax, house insurance and christmas, i'd have that too. Really really like that, just like the mac book pro that went the other day. Must resist! Good luck with the sale mate |

Sorry Amir, just spotted your post.
The buyers funds have cleared so the watch is now sold. Thanks again for your interest.
