Just received an e-mail from Williams offering a loyalty scheme for cars 3-6 years old that might interest someone.

Just log onto their website to register...

It's been going a while this offer and is pretty much open for anyone that asks for it and qualifies. Apart from the odd announcement here and there they don't really publicise this and the service advisors certainly don't mention it at point of payment.

I always ask for loyalty as it's better in my pocket than theirs.

I did suspect some wiley folk on here get similar discounts anyway by just asking. It's amazing what you get if you're just polite.

I wasn't popular a few months back when a guy was sat waiting for his 7 series to be handed over. He'd had several things done as part of his service and I overheard the bill being over £700 or thereabouts. As the advisor went to get the credit card machine I told the old geezer to ask her for loyalty discount which saved him 15% on labour and 10% on parts. There was only me and him there so I got a lack of appreciation stare from her.

It seems this promotion has disappeared from there site. Shame i wasn't invited as my car is serviced there. I shall ask at my next service for a loyalty discount.
