I asked them for a a coilover install quote and the guy went on and on about how it's bad to lower your car. And he said if you still insist on doing this, it will be an 8 hr job and price will be around $800..I was like huh?!?!

VERY surprised that VAC isn't here, especially since they're basically the PA/NJ/NY version of Turner Motorsports. Going there to pick up Bosch spark plugs since they're one of the few locals that have them in stock.

Otherwise I'll be trying out Bimmer Clinic in Elizabeth, NJ on Wednesday -- Hoping they'll help me diagnose my misfire/lambda code headache that recently developed. Luckily they carry replacement o2 sensors in stock, so if it needs that also needs to be replaced I don't have to wait on shipping.

Comments wise....they do top notch work, labor pricing is still the cheapest around from what I remember ($98 an hour, most shops are over $100), specialize in road race fabrication, alignments, engine and trans builds/reseals, Dealer for TC Kline, Haltech, Fikse Wheels, Bilstein, and a whole lot more....we also do a lot of European maintence and service jobs as well.

I can vouch for these guys. Owened a '04 e60 before i got my e90 and they did the lights, tranny work, and all the coding on the car. always happy with their work and they are decently priced. just wish they were a little close as i have to commute from the bx to their shop.
