hi everone here i need your help in this forum , 2 months ago i bought a brembo kits from this guy name BM E92 in this forum ,his name is ARTUR SAYORAN, i paid him cash by WESTERN UNION on 11/7/2008 , he seem dissapeared and never answered my call, my email and pm . i am really a real VICTIM here , i hope anyone here know this guy ,

i really need helps here , i paid him USD$4100 cash western union , and he seem dissapeared ,i called him many times but no answered , i know this guy is very active in the MEET-UP session in this forum,and many of you guys here should know him ,please help me to get him .

i have called him many times, he is either not answering the call or he will say that i called the wrong number and hung up the call , i am sure forumer here knows this guy quite well.he is very active in the MEET-UP session, i have attach the thread that he started for the MEET-UP session,hope eveyone here can help me to track him down.i am sure that the cell number that i provided is the correct one and he is still using it, before i paid him the money ,i have communicate with him for many many times by the two cell number i stated there.

I'm sorry to say that this is a prime example of why you never pay by Western Union, ever.

^+1 just PM him to not use western union. you should always use paypal no matter what. I am sure someone on this forum knows him and can help you out.

i am always a sincere buyer and i trusted you american guys, but in the end i got fraud by this BM E92 , i really hope that forumer here who know him please help me out , i am really a real VICTIM here ,he is very very active here,i am sure many of you knows him and met him before .

You've sent $4000 to someone you don't know living on the other side of the world? Sweet Jesus! That would be an expensive lesson for you to learn.

Even if someone knows the guy here? What could they do?

Contact your local authorities and Western Unoin and start from there.

Lumping "you american guys" on this forum in with this scammer isn't going to get you much help. You sent 4 grand via Western Union to some guy selling a BBK... could have been California, could have been Finland, could have been Jakarta. You're money is gone. I am sorry that you were taken in this scam but next time you buy try one of "our" reputable American aftermarket companies, many of whom sponsor this forum. I can think of at least 3 that would have charged you less for a nice Brembo BBK and would have accepted credit card or Paypal.

Good luck recovering this money. I would certainly be calling your local police as a first step.

this BM E92 (ARTUR SAYORAN)is a very active forumer in this forum and always call on MEET-UP session , here is one of the thread he started for the MEET-UP session,i am certainly sure many of you guys here been with him and know him .before i paid him,i have checked that he is a active guy here,that is why i dealt with him,but in the end ,he burn me out.i hope that those who know him can help me.

I'm an American guy. But I don't know Artur Soyoran. He must not be an American guy since I don't know him.

Tip for next time:

If you don't like Paypal (like me) contact an escrow company or an attorney with a trust account (escrow account) who will confirm delivery before releasing the money. I did that when I was buying a set of wheels and tires on this forum. Worked great.

you probably wont get your money back, lesson learned got my money back after i WESTERN UNIONED to someone, but i had to do some "shady" stuff,but, it worked

Please stop saying you are a real victim here....we get it as u said it in each of your post...the money order payment is a old trick in the book. Thats why we have paypal but even paypal is useless...have anyone tried calling paypal when something like this happens no because they dont list a phone umber thats easy to find...best way to use a cc via paypal or one of those other sites cause if anything happens just call ur cc nd they will refund ur money

KIT523, i haven't even talked to artur since the very first 818 meet in la canada, which was about a year ago. please don't put me in this mix-up. i have nothing to do with this. i didn't even know brembo brakes for the 335i's were out.
