It will depend on what you want done, but I'd say somewhere between $400-1k

A huge vehicle like a Chevy truck is going to take 8 hours minimum ($400) and it goes up from there depending on how much correction he would like to have done to the vehicle. MuttGrunt's guesstimate (keep in mind he hasn't consulted the OP) seems to fall perfectly in line with what I would expect -- especially in an expensive city like Miami.

Also, if you're trying to sell the vehicle, these details can increase the value of the car tremendously.

'29 Ford Model A, over 50 man-hours into a full detail to include the engine bay, suspension components, and the complete underside of the vehicle. Appraisal afterwards was for $9k higher than was beforehand (appraisals were given by the exact same individual about 2 years apart).

2006 CTS-V, purchased used. Client drove it for a year before having 18 man-hours invested into proper detailing. Sold it right afterwards for $1k more than he purchased it for.

I could go on and on...
