Hey Guys,

I called TKX and Lynmor this morning for quote. Both are saying 4-5 hours which is crazy since I did before in an hour. I don't have a heated garage right now so too cold for me to do it myself.

Anyone recommend a shop somewhat near northport that will give an honest quote of 1-1.5 hours.

Thanks Scott. I spoke to Alex. Nice guy. He will do it the same way I did it by dropping the subframe. He said the reason the other shops quote 4-5 hours is because they try and get the mounts out without dropping the subframe which pretty inefficient.

he still said 3.5 hours and was accommodating with the schedule. Ill let you know if i decide to go there or just layer up and do it myself in the cold.

thanks bud, spoke to Marino since Mo apparently has a hearing problem. Nice guy and seems honest, especially for a mechanic. Said he drops the subframe and it should take 1.5 which is the great. Total $180

do they have a clean shop and they will trq it to spec right, not bang it on with an impact gun?

Current car I was just there Tuesday . Exhaust, down pipes and Intercooler and mounted/balanced wheels. On n54
