VW forum?

Hope I don't get flamed for this.

My friend is looking for a VW, and I told her that I asked around E90 post before buying my car, and it really helped me through the buying process.

I was just wondering, do any of you know a respectable VW forum?

I glanced at a few search results from google.com, and I'm not sure which one to trust.

I've been a member there for a while...never owned a VW, and mostly post in TCL but I wouldn't say their idiot ratio is any better or worse than any other brand-centric car forum...

what kind of vw does she want? vwvortex covers all models. something like jettamkv.com covers the jetta that just went got replaced.

Yea, it's by far the busiest car forum. Out of forums in general, it's in the top 20 for activity.

What are you looking at buying, just ask me. Lol... I'm a proud dubber. I DD'd BMWs for about 6 years and now am just sticking to the classics, they are getting expensive now. My 3 Series was $50,000!!! Yikes, not even an ///M!!!

I have an E30, an E28, and I just sold my E34.

My point was that the OP is asking for a VW forum. You say you love dubs and then go into your BMW history.

No one asked you what BMW's you had in the past - how does that help the OP?

Got a new GTI last week so I have been hanging over at vwvortex.

www.golfmk6.com is another good one - if you have a Golf of course.

Age demographic on both is a lot younger than here so be prepared.

LOL there's lots of BMW hate in TCL, but their "darlings" are the E30 3series, 4.0L Jeep, and NA Miata

E36 M3, S2000, and Corvette Z06 are also held dear to their hearts

It's also because technically TCL is not part of Vortex Media Group (or they may be now, but weren't for a while) and was just linked on Vortex, Motive and thecarlounge.net are the other portals
