Navigation System (Upgraded to the MKIV DVD Computer with wide screen and CD player up front)
Seats are power with Lumbar, Adjustable Bolsters, and Heating

Modifications
I have kept the modifications fairly subtle, they consist of the following:

JVT headers (perfect fitment with thin flanges and O2 sensor locations)
Evolve Tune with all the options, shift lights, linear throttle, O2 catless ready, variable rev limit per gear, sport button memory.

BMW Coding
All windows up and down with key remote
One touch up Rear Windows
Reverse Mirror Tilt Memory (allows you to set the position of the passenger side mirror instead of just tilting down in reverse)
Euro Light Coding (Allows Bi-xenon high beams, halogen highbeams, and fog lights to be on at the same time)

Cosmetic
Exterior
Blacked out OEM Side Gills and Front Grilles for excellent fitment

Spark Plugs
Transmission and Diff Fluid
Valve Adjustment
Valve Cover Gasket

Rod bearing recall has been completed
1,200 mile service h
Subframe and Vanos are perfect with no issues, have PPI reciept from reputable shop.

Carfax Available
I am sure I am leaving some things out so I will update this as I think of additional items and go through my paperwork.

If you are looking for a clean, enthusiast owned and well maintained car this is the one. If you want an M3 for a deal or "bluebook value" which is useless for these cars, please look elsewhere. I have helped friends search for their own M3's over the past year or so so I know what's out there, you get what you pay for.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys. If you take into consideration the maintenance, condition and the more expensive modifications and upgrades the price is more than fair and I'm a bit negotiable as well.
