torque settings for M3 front end parts

I'm looking for the torque settings for the M3 front end parts. I have searched the site but can't find them. I remember seeing the swaybar mount specs here somewhere but they don't show up and I need the control arm and tension strut specs too. Already done the rear at a dealer due to the difficulty with the rear subframe mounts. Now it's time for the balance. Orb, stressdoc, Mr.5, anybody?

I had the same question a little while back...see the link below. When I installed I just eye-balled the torque specs, as I didn't have this response at the time! Will be checking the torques soon, but so far no problems.

Hope this helps,

Tim

bushing: no torque spec, tighten mount fasteners with car on ground and loaded, bounce suspension a few times before final tightening.

sway bar to end link 16 ft-lb for M8 bolts and 44 ft-lb for M10 bolts
end link to strut 43 ft-lb
