i have a E90 with sports Package i am looking to order some BBS Ch rims, i am looking to get them in 19inch, i need help with the offset tho, i would like the back rims to have as everyone says the M3 style, but i do not want to have problems with rubbing at all, but i would like to keep the 19's, and do not want my back rims to be sticking out, so what can i do to solve this problem? rather than getting 19x9.5 in the back can i just get 19x8.5 and get that M3 style? any help would be appreciated, also if u have pictures of a E90 SPG with the bbs ch on them in silver please post them!

You'll be fine with the 19x9.5. It's the 19x10 ET20 that will give you problems if you lower your car any more.

PM aphall. He just got the BBS CH 19x9.5 wheels on his car. I don't recall the offset, but he added 20mm spacers as well I believe.

If you can get the BBS custom spec'd you can run an 8.5 if you wish. Most people run staggered, and m3 offsets are typically readily available...or should I say easiest to get your hands on.

You also have to figure out, if you're going to lower the car, how you're going to lower the car, if you're willing to roll the fenders, etc..How far are you willing to go with your car to make it bad ass?

IMO go big or go home.

run a coilover so you have adjustability...dampening adjustment if possible
roll your fenders, pull your fenders slightly or trim the fender lip
run camber..stock was 1.9, im maxed @ 2.5
Run a skinny 265, if possible a 275

the rear size for m3 sized CH's are 19x10 + 20mm. There are people running them with no issues or some minor rubbing.

If you want the concave face, you have to do work to get it that way. It's not a bolt on affair. It's not a crazy widebody type of thing, but there's extra labor/cost/time involved. You can also run the non M fitiment, but you're not going to get the concave look.

Search for pictures if you need em.

Ultimately, the question you have to answer is..

"How far am I willing to go to get the look I want to achieve?"

At least two people I know with E90s that have sported the BBS CH 19x10 ET20 have rubbed. One on H&R race springs, the other on H&R sport springs. Since the OP doesn't want to rub, I would not recommend this at all, unless he wants to roll his fenders and run a lot of negative camber. The 19x9.5 rears will not rub at all.

BBS LM 19x10 fit better because they are available in +25 offset, and that places a 265-30-19 tire right near the edge.

here is the thing, i will not be lowering this car at all, it is going to stay as is, i do not want to deal with any rubbing at ALL! My big question is can i run a 8.5 rim in the back and have a crazy offset like the M3's have how can i get that with out rubbing??

Darkcloud, a member here is running a 19x10 M3 offset on ZSP. I'm not positive if he's rubbing, but you might want to PM him and ask any questions you may have.

I think you can run 19x8.5 all around
but I don't think there is a chance you can have a crazy offset like the M3's
unless you put spacers on rear

i am not looking for a WIDE tire in the back, im looking for the concave look as much as i can get! HELP!

You'd have to run offsets in the 20s for the concave I believe.

No drop and not a huge tire in the back and you'll be fine for sure.

Only trouble I see is find those wheels in that size. Sounds like a custom order... if they do that..

I'm kind of in the same boat... I'm going to go with some 19s but I am hesitant to go wider than a 265 in the rear cause I do not want any rubbing at all, no patience for an unsafe/undesirable situation....

SO, yeah... I think I'll end up with BMW OEM sizing...

Hey thanks for remembering me, but I'm don't have ZSP. Matter of fact I have no drop at all. I'm still on OEM non-zsp shocks and springs. I do not rub at all and have a slight gap (maybe 2 fingers) as would a E90 on with OEM rims and the zsp package.

I do plan on using these rims on my next BMW which will require some slight modifications to run on zsp. Once I get around to buying a floor jack I want to throw my rims onto my dads 330i with zsp just to see how much rubbing there really is, cuz if there even is any I can't imagine just a little fender rolling wouldn't fix it. I'd rather use his car as my test subject then my new car

Check with ADHD or Longtran. Both have run this fitment and know a lot about what it takes to make it work on which drops.

Or get your fenders rolled. The offset of the CHs are 35-40.
