Hey,
looking to buy a german license plate from munich with original stickers intact. eBay has failed me, so I don't know where else to look.
here is an example (from my dad's x5):

Not allowed to sell plates with actual real seals intact on eBay.

yeah, i know you're not allowed to sell em withe them fully intact, but a lot of them i've seen, they're not even there.
so that site comes with the seals?

yes, the link I included goes directly to their German Plate section. You choose what lettering you want, color of plate background & lettering, they include the state seal pictured and you have a choice of date seal. The seals are already on the plate in the correct positions when you get it...

I got mine from europeanplates.com. Same as above, pick your plate, letters/numbers, and which state seal you want and the date stickers. Here's a pic of mine:
