Question How do i get out of my car, Trade?

I bought my car through bmw used, and i financed it, i owe about 11,000 on it and this guy wants to trade me his g37 straight up. but he owns and he has the title, i would love to do this trade ASAP but what are my options?

some please help thanks

just get a loan for the $11k on the G37 and pay off the BMW. As for out of pockets probably taxes and registration. PENFED has really low APR.

the car was crashed twice but not rebuilt title, and his car is fully loaded, should i do it?

If your really wanting the G37 cuz of the power it's worth it but if you compare the ride quality and handling it's not worth it. The car is nice and all but it doesn't compare to a BMW also some cars may have accident reports on them but still have a clean title due to the fact the accident wasn't a total loss to the insurance company.

But make sure everything checks out fine if your going to trade and if you don't know this person well go get it checked by a professional mechanic. Get it inspected thoroughly so you don't get hit with a huge bill to pay in the future.
