HELP - wanted 3 series M sport Tourer have you seen any

Any engine would prefer diesel but may consider a 325i
Looking at m sport models 325i,325d,330d,
Auto would love it with paddleshift
Any colour,preferably not black
Preferably under or as close to 100k
Leather
Fsh
I think that's it max price £7000 & don't mind travelling for right one although one close to Cheshire or northwest would be a bonus

Thanks a lot

Extremely hard car to get hold of ! I started looking for one last May, i settled for a saloon at the end of October however i have kept the saved search open on Auto trader and even if i had held off i still wouldn't have one yet ! I also found that they are at least £1500 -£2000 more expensive than an identically specced E90 Saying that for me it had to be a 330i or 325i so you should get a lot more cars on your searches if you are looking at diesels as well.

Hopefully you can find one they are cracking looking cars I definitely prefer the e91 shape over the e90

I've just sold my e90 325i msport saloon and it had the 3.0 litre engine,I've found a couple of 325i m sport tourers but they've got 2.5 litre engines, will it feel the same as mine or will it be under powered? x

The 2.5 is obviously less powerful so you have to expect a difference however i don't think there will be much in it, my friend has a 125i coupe ( 3.0l ) which is a lighter smaller car than e90 with the more powerful engine its also a manual but there isn't a huge difference to be honest.

The 330i is always going to make more sense in an ideal world more power, same economy, same price to buy but not always easy to get a hold of especially when looking for an E91 so when a nice 325i comes up with the spec you want you may need to compromise for the lower power engine.

Just comes down to your own priorities though but for me personally as much as i would have loved my car to be a 330i I know I'm happier with a very good condition well specced 325i than a very basic 330i. I have never driven a 330i and think if i ever did that would be the time i would have a problem with my 325i, can't miss what you have never had.

I really struggled last year to find my tourer. When you do find one be prepared to travel. I had to travel a total of 8 hours from the West Midlands to Kent to look at the one I bought. It ticked most of the boxes but I would have also loved to have had Xenon lights, Logic 7 and a sunroof and whilst I was tempted to hold out I knew how tough it was to get one so bought it upon seeing the car.

I would have thought there would be a few more E91's for sale as people might want to swap for a F series but apparently not.

I have a 330i M Sport and it's a lovely driver, the power is nice and smooth and it has plenty of grunt too. As mine is a late 2007 330i tourer I get the more powerful engine and lower tax too than the early 330i's. Good luck dude but to be honest if you find one that is half decent snap it up because I guarantee someone else will.

Cheers buddy, what mpg are you getting?
Travelling for the right car doesn't phase me,the 120d m sport I had before my 325i m sport, was well worth the trip from Warrington to Plymouth x

Through town on short journeys it can get as low as 15/17mpg (sometimes lower) but on the motorway I've managed a good 30+mpg and that's not taking it slow the entire time.
